Measurement day!

arms- 13 1/4"
chest- 39.1/4"
waist- 39 1/2"
hips- 49 1/2"
thigh- 24"

This was another week that my body decided it was starving and it was going to hold onto everything it had, by god! This time I didn't panic, I waited it out and kept on doing what I was doing and it paid off by the end of the week!
246.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
