No weight gain or loss I’m a little frustrated but will continue to push💪🏽will increase my cardio activity and start weight training.. I know the weight loss will come.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
