Wait, what??!! I took a week off from exercise before I restart my weightlifting program. Mostly sitting in front of computer. Also increased daily calories by 100. Also more treats than usual because "taking a break". Might be upping calories again, much sooner than planned. 🤔🤔
110.0 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
