Well guys & girls i finally broke through 114 almost down to 110kg I haven’t weighed this little since i was in high school, what a trip!!! 💪🏻🤙🏻
250.4 lb Lost so far: 79.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
