I am beyond frustration today! My weight has not moved in a week and only dropped 1/2 pound the week prior! It's too soon to plateau. Why did the weight come off so easily 6 years ago, when I had less to lose? I did meet with a personal trainer last night who has a small group program. It starts 7/13 and I'm planning to join.
