It’s about time I lost some weight!🙄
137.6 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1082 kcal Fat: 56.35g | Prot: 80.80g | Carb: 61.03g.   Breakfast: Two Good Black Cherry Greek Yogurt. Lunch: Cooked Green String Beans (Fat Added in Cooking), Green String Beans, Broccoli , Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Drumstick (Skin Eaten), Hunt's Bold BBQ Sauce. Afternoon Tea: Skinny Pop Aged White Cheddar Popcorn. Dinner: Honey Mustard Dressing, Green Olives, Natural Cheese, Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. Supper: Aldi Blue Cheese Crumbles, Keebler Town House Original Light Buttery Crackers. more...
