Wha-oh! That's the thing about fasting - once you decide to give in to the hunger, it's hard to eat sensibly. You'll recoup super fast. Stick to it!

Once you eat the wrong thing too! Good news got all the junk food out of the house now and the wife is out of town for awhile... should be smooth sailing for a bit.
