知道昨晚有廣東菜(又鹹又甜又勾芡)的飯局,所以ㄧ早就打算把這天當作欺騙日😆 把最近想吃而不敢吃的都來一點,薯片、巧克力、薯條、爆米花、花生醬……大概有快2000卡! 本來有心理準備今天體重會上升,結果讓我意外驚喜了ㄧ下,真好🤣
