Truly confounding. Haven't exercised for four days, didn't calorie track, and had beer, cheesecake, filet mignon, brie, Wendy's, and more while on a quick vacation to Leadville! I . Just. Do. Not. Know. lol
164.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You’ve been ramping up your metabolism? Increased muscle mass which burns more calories? In any case, congrats! Heck, I’d take that! 👍🏽

I don’t think “off days” mean so much as long as we don’t continue in them and forget our journey altogether though. :)

Lol. Thanks everyone! I'm back to tracking and exercise. It would be wonderful if I could eat as much brie as I want and still keep losing weight, though.
