Another successful day. Hopefully I can keep the momentum going but work has started out very stressful today which tends to lead to me snacking more than I should. It is going to be hard to get outside to walk or mow the lawn today since we are forecast to have 97 degree weather and thunderstorms this afternoon - welcome to summer in NC! Maybe I will be able to do some 'walking' in the house tonight after the baby goes to bed.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I am in NC too! Storms have been BAD! I got up @ 5am this morning and walked 2.5 miles, hopefully I can get the rest in this afternoon. My weigh in is tomorrow!
