Whirlwind of a weekend. Was in a wedding which meant rushing around, poor eating decisions were made. Fair amount of beer drinking involved too. HOWEVER, I countered all of that with hours of dancing and rushing around. I got back on the wagon today, ate better and started/prepped for the 3L of water a day challenge. A little softball helps too.
