bri293's Journal, 18 June 2014

Yesterday I did pretty bad with my food choices... not that I went over my calories by much but they were very unhealthy! Oh well, gotta give into temptation sometimes but luckily I kept the number of calories in check. Luckily I've been feeling less hungry lately which is helping me eat less. I guess my stomach is adjusting to me not feeding it constantly like I had gotten into the habit of doing!

Today's supposed to be insanely hot and humid, so hoping it cools down enough tonight for me to get a run in. If not I'll have to do a workout video or ride the stationary bike, but I would rather run. I just can't handle doing it in 95 degree heat, especially when it's really humid like today. I already had to go walking around for an hour for work outside and I'm sweating up a storm!

Started doing some more arm exercises to tone up, and boy let me tell you, those muscles must be really out of shape! I only used 5 lb weights and today my arm muscles are sore! Definitely need to keep it up, I would love to get rid of the flabbiness.
