Started Wed June 11,so was weigh in day today.Well 4 lbs gone this week,mostly fluid I'm sure but I'll take it.:-) Just cutting back on my carbs and sugars,reading labels.Did eat out with hubby Friday night at Stingray,had Flounder.We also went out after church for lunch to King's,had buffet.Just tried to keep my calorie intake during the week within limits,but looking at my numbers I could have added some more. Guess from now on will be slow going ,but better than gaining.Some days are harder than others ,but think I have finally got myself in the right frame of mind to do this.Best wishes to all that's on this weight loss journey with me.Hope we can exchange ideas and encourage each other along the way.:-)
