I went out with a friend on Saturday, first time since I've been dieting, taoas,cocktails, Prossecco, gnt. The lot! Put over 3lbs on yesterday! Today I've lost 2 of the 3lbs. Another couple of good defecit days hopefully it'll be gone! 😂
