sunday was a work out day off, today back to it! hoping so see somemore change this week. so far i am liking the cts 360 from complete nutrition, i feel as if they are working
132.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
