Started IF 16:8,ast night. Goal 1300 calorie/day, aim for 100oz water intake. My main struggle is letting go of alcohol...always have enjoyed my wine and spirits daily. I find it relaxing and uplifting. Unfortunately as I get older I know it is no longer a positive in my life...so I'm being gentle with myself as I adjust to reducing and removing alcohol. I am excited to see the difference after a couple weeks without it:) Cheers to water coffee tea and club soda!

Did alright the last 2 eves with drinking less...stayed within 100 calories of goal, and macros are in good range. Not weighing in again yet, maybe in a few more days.
