I'm back on FatSecret, did Noom for a year, got some really good drops and info, couldn't justify the $ tho to continue it as I think I maxed out all I cud learn from that program. Finding out group support and logging meals everyday is so key in being consistent cuz when I neglect those elements the weight slowly but surely comes back and I don't wanna regress.
