Was not sure if I should weigh myself this morning considering I was not able to do my fasts and walks this week and generally was not an easy week but I think knowing how the week’s events have affected my journey is important. Learning, growing. This is a life long journey not a phase.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
