I didnt lose this week but thats OK cause I didnt gain. I was out of town all weekend at my daughters and my food choices werent the best but I tried and in my book thats what counts, I couldnt have done that bad cause the scale didnt go up. Even thou my daughter and kids are now here for the week I will stick to my diet.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
