WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY: it’s been 2 weeks now since my weight would just play between 170-169 lbs, have i hit a plateau or is my body just adjusting to me doing more strength training now than cardio which i started doing 2 weeks ago as well? 🤔 i’ll just keep going and hope for a drop in the weeks to come. because i may not be losing weight, but i am losing inches, as i have posted a few days ago, i went another pant size down. PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION 💪
169.4 lb Lost so far: 41.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Once I tried and experiment: I weighed in the morning at 166, evening 168. I don’t take the scale too seriously if it’s up and down a tad. I’m using Halo from Amazon and it gives an estimate of body fat. I’m down from 46% to 40% since dieting and joining a wonderful gym that has group fitness classes. So, that’s what I worry about. Not a few 10ths of a lb. I just keep going. ❤️
