Not the number I wanted to see today after such a good excercise day yesterday. All I can do is keep up what I'm doing and hopefully the scale will follow! Going to the grocery store this evening to stock up on more healthy food to help keep on track.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
