it's been a few years, I'm back. Started perimenopause and my weight blew up 10lbs in 3 months:( fat seemed to grow out of nowhere. I is SO depressing and I can't stand to look in a mirror. So I bought Vshred 90 day tone up, havent started yet, just starting to track my macros and calories again. Going to take measurements, bc the scale is so deceiving. Here's to ttying again.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
