I have 26 weight watchers points to use in a day. Normally, that is fine. Today, I am struggling with that number. I guess I am going to have to use some of my 49 extra weekly points to get through the day. My goal for this weeks weigh in is -2lbs. I guess I need to step up the exercise today at some point. Ate out last night; brought home half of my dinner and ate it for lunch. It was low cal - but was high on the point scale. I really want a smoothie, but I still have one more meal for the day and only 4 points total. Guess, I better make some homemade veggie 1 point soup then I can still have dinner and a smoothie.
