Didn't work out for a week. That muscle comes and goes with a quickness. Wondering if the only way I will be able to lose weight with this IGF1 pituitary issue is to work out every other week?
166.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
