Birthday celebrations this weekend. I have come to realise that life is too short and whilst I strive for perfection, situations in life make you look at things differently. Nonetheless I will always aim for my target, but I always be happy ❤️🙏
156.3 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
