Cider, wine and half a block of chocolate - no wonder my weight is up again. Eating far too much rubbish. Husband's birthday today and will be out for brunch and dinner. Back on soup diet tomorrow for a week, should be good for 2kg I hope.
184.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
