Hang in there and stay focused. I went through the menopause weight gain myself. At least for me, it came off reasonably easily afterward, and I know other women who've had the same experience

Focus on how far you've come...reversing diabetes and having gotten off two medications already. You got this 👍

I’m sorry you’re feeling frustrated- try to focus on how far you’ve come and what you did to get there, focus on working those things back in. Hang in there!

I feel your pain with menopause..it sucks! I'm either hotter than heck or freezing cold. Hang in there and get back on track..you did it once you can do it again.💜

It’s okay, I have diabetes too, and it’s been a struggle balancing what I need to eat vs. what I want to eat. But your doing good because your conscious of what’s happening, that’s more than what some people are doing. Keep going u will get there!

You can do it. Know that you are perfect the way you are. Anything above that is just a bonus!

I hear you girl. I am in a similar situation plus digestion is slow. A couple hacks for me, add a electrolyte drink with added supplements Taurine 3 g, L-carnitine, Glutamine. My favorite electrolyte drink mix is Zeal enhanced with BCAAs B vitamins black cherry.

L-carnitine works by enhancing the transportation of long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria of the muscle cells and increasing fuel availability during low-moderate intensity exercise. best form is L-Carnitine Tartrate

Life extension article excerpt: Taurine Prevents Obesity One of the ways taurine can help improve overall health is by fighting obesity. Obesity impacts every area of the body, especially because of the inflammation-generating abdominal fat stores. Human studies show that 3 grams per day of taurine for 7 weeks reduced body weight significantly in a group of overweight or obese (but not-yet-diabetic) adults

L-Glutimine is produced by the body, but if you supplement, ine benefit is it stops sugar cravings. Body builders use this to help recovery time for muscles. • Fueling cells that protect our intestines (repairs stomach lining) • Providing support to detoxify the liver of foreign substances • Making proteins for muscle tissue • Normalizing growth hormone • Supporting immune system cells
