Loosing these last 15kg is 💩 difficult and super demoralising… i stick to my diet and also now switch to zigzag calorie counting… i gym everyday… steps are high. I don’t know maybe just a bit negative today
254.2 lb Lost so far: 75.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
