I am tired of fall off the wagon and giving into food. I've got to do better. I know I can do it don't won't to go back to my old habits and gain all my weight back. Wish I had someone I could depend on for help.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
