okay, 3rd day.i didn't do real well with dinner yesterday (arbys) but I went shopping with my daughter and well.... so today is another day and on a bright side the weight # still went down so yay! And yeah I know most of the weight loss in the beginning is water weight...my thought is weight is weight.As long as it moves the scale I can stay motivated.I was planning on grilling salmon today but the evil weatherman is calling for rain until late. I prefer to eat early so cooking it inside I suppose.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Surprising how many calories shopping burns off. I did some with my daughter on Tuesday and I was exhausted after but was pleased with the calorie burn. Mind you she is very fit and marches everywhere lol I had to practically run to keep up with her. keep at it :-)
