This is a very low point for me!!!
I have literally not been eating for the last 2 months. Drinking coffee and grabbing a snack here and there and I have picked up 5 kilos!! I know this is not healthy, but my emotional/mental state has not been ideal and food has been the last thing on my mind!!! I never thought I would reach 100!!!
Something needs to change and I need to change it. I need to get in the habit of eating regular meals instead of substituting with coffee. 🙏🏼
220.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
