Wohoo!!! Slowly but surely I'm going down. I need to keep on developing my good habits. I have an evaluation journal where I evaluate how well I did the day before. Sometimes I'm scolding myself for having eaten a lot of junk and sometimes I'm applauding myself, but either way it somehow helps keep me on track. Yay for keeping oneself accountable!
