The up and down is frustrating but at least I'm getting used to it, I guess you have to with daily weigh ins since your body naturally fluctuates from day to day.

Yesterday I cheated a bit with calories, again due to working late and just eating what was convenient and around. However, when I got home and wanted to just lay and watch tv, I got on the excercise bike for an hour while watching instead. Nothing intense, but according to the bike I burned 400 calories. Don't really believe that so on here I used the leisurely measurement and it says more like 300. It would be nice to invest in a heart monitor to really accurately measure calories burned, but I don't have the money for one so I'm just going to estimate the best I can.

This weekend I'm going to go to the grocery store and stock up on healthy food instead of living off the bare minimum from my pantry and freezer since I have had no spare time lately to prep healthy meals because of getting home from work late. That should help immensely instead of eating unhealthy and just trying to keep the calorie number low.
161.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
