Okay ..... I believe I am on the right track, as I am down 3 lbs. Which is great basically because I did NOT gain weight! I've stopped the upward spiral! Tracking what I eat, and thus tracking the calories (because this is what this program does, I wish it also calculated "points") has helped and enlightened me. The question is how many calories should I be eating??? What balance of protein, fats & carbs???
I guess I have homework to do ;o)
215.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
