I hate that the weight is coming down so slow, but I also refuse to starve myself.
216.5 lb Lost so far: 48.1 lb.    Still to go: 46.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

the most important thing is that its going down and you still have the frame of mind to do it in a healthy fashion, keep at it :)

Yeah, at least it's going down :) That in itself is such a plus. And do yourself a favour and google what 700grams of fat looks like. It's quite a nice chunk :)

Am exactly the same just can't wait for the weight to shake off but believe me the payoff you get is awesome better then any chocolate I have ever had.

The longer it takes to loose, the longer it will stay off... Healthy weight loss is actually between 500g - 750g per week. If you loose too much too fast you gain again quick because you propably starved yourself and then when you start eating normal and more again your body stores it almost immediately as fat...
