January when I started the weight loss journeys gain, I weighed 91.8 (which I didn’t update here🙃). Today I weighed myself and I am at down by 4.1kg to 87.7kg. So proud of the effort I have put in so far😊 and very grateful for all the advice and information I have gathered from FS community😊😊😊😁🙏🏽
