Went out of town for the weekend and had some different foods/drinks, so not surprising to see a bump although I definitely did not consume an extra 10,000 calories so hoping this drops off in the next couple days...
226.2 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
