2150 kcal Fat: 72.88g | Prot: 76.17g | Carb: 305.76g.   Breakfast: Plums, Blueberries, Sugar, superfast oats, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: Strawberries, Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls, Lentils. Dinner: Thin Crust Cheese Pizza, Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls, brown bread rolls, turkey mince less than 10% fat, Red Tomatoes (Canned), baked beans, Kidney Beans (Canned), Onions, Garlic, chinese noodles. Snacks/Other: Belmont Fruit Shortcake Biscuits, Lindor Chocolate Egg, Cream Egg, Bliss. more...
