WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY: -2.4 lbs from last week. could have been a bigger drop but i had 3 spikes over the weekend. now, we are back on track… 💪
170.2 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
