Very happy that I’ve lost some weight. Been very busy and stressed so i haven’t eaten excessively, but what I did eat wasn’t 100% healthy, so glad it worked out okay.
I walked approximately 15miles this week, which I’m quite proud of. Didn’t have time to swim, gym, or fitness class but hopefully will be able to this week 😁
165.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
