Wednesday - 3 workouts in already this week (2 weight lifting sesssions & 1 cardio kickboxing) plus 2 after dinner walks (1 hr last night!)

SOMETHING will change; at some point, the lbs have GOT to fall off!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
