I'm Starting to feel better. My body did not adjust well to going into ketosis and i felt quite ill for the first week. Although I was strong in the gym and the track, I felt dizzy and nauseated most of the time. It seems to have past and i'm doing much better. I have no hunger or craving issues thus far. I cut back on my physical activity to give my body a chance to heal.
