Bought some Florida tangerines from a truck in Morganton and ate three. Afterward a huge lunch at Panera - 1/2 flat bread/pizza, Thai chicken soup in a bowl and the accompanied bread. Then some sweets and then two sandwiches (white bread cheese, curried mince) for dinner. Woke up during the night with a tummy ache of all the starches consumed.
