really struggling right now. working 2 jobs and little time for myself. the weight has stopped coming off. I'm staying at or under 1500 calories a day and am hitting my macro goals. small victories, I guess.
maybe time for another calorie reduction and reevaluate my intake. I definitely need to watch it the damn carbs. a slice of pizza here and there and I'm on my way back to where I started.
197.1 lb Lost so far: 59.9 lb.    Still to go: 40.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
