Almost there! I was so excited this morning when I stepped onto the scale. Now I just have to be careful at the family reunion this weekend. I don't want to undo all of my hard work!
148.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
