Wow! Again! Now I'm happy loosing but I'm starting to think my scale is broken. I checked 5 times to be sure though. Yay maybe I finally got my groove and I'm going now! I do get up and move more all day at least every 2 hours maybe that's helping and hold to my eating plan as tight as I can. Well hope it stays off!
186.4 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
