Hope and try to be on a slow yet steady path. Last 2-3 weeks a viral-cough keeping me off my daily 4 to 6 miles walk in 2 sessions- very dampening - but the arrival of our new granddaughter last week boosted me up for a ne positive weigh in - I am on my track to my goal weight!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
