Successful in completing the Iron(wo)man challenge.

Very pleased to finish an Ironman over three weeks. It's amazing how a bit of good weather, persistence and a bit of old fashioned 'giving yourself a talking-to' can reap results.

Been a FS member for just on two months and amazed at the results especially around food. Even hubby asks about calorific values before ploughing into grub… never thought it would happen.

'Belt Test' going very well. Now on the last notch - I've had this piece of kit for ten years and I can visibly see that my waist size has reduced by two inches.

So the question is week is … where to now?

I'm a kg off my goal weight … It would be tempting to stop recording exercise and food consumption so diligently but I suspect it would lead to 'slippage' so I've committed myself to another month of using this site. I know weight control is about being disciplined and keeping it real. I'll try not to get obsessive … yeah, right.

178.6 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
