I am most pleased by the last number.

Work is interesting. I am the only one there. Everyone else is out with covid. So no field work for me and it’s difficult to slip away to the cattle. It’s not terribly busy right now and I do have lots of paperwork to finish so it’s nice to not have the distractions.

Gym was good this morning. Missed yesterday due to the shortage of workers but made it this morning. I am almost back to where I was over the summer before my injury. Happy about that.
214.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Haha. I wondered if that would throw some people off. That date was my last body scan to compare with todays. Thanks for the support LM. Are you feeling better, meaning that shooting pain subsiding? I leaned down to grab my gym bag from the car and something slipped in my left side and for the morning I was in pain. Fortunately it corrected on its own but a chiro visit is in the plans for this week.

Hey ride, Thanks for the support. It feels good to be getting back to where I was. I have to admit I’m the back of my head is will I do something stupid and get hurt again.

Mermee, Yeah that’s the situation I was in till three months ago. The gym was my activity for the day, push hard for an hour and a bit then at a desk. I was able to add in going to karate with my kids twice a week so I was able to get some more activity. Now I have added in caring for cattle, not an easy activity to add to a routine. So even when injured I still had to load hay bales and feed the animals and then take the time to walk through them to make sure they were ok. I’m sure the threenagers keep you moving in the evenings. Good luck Mermee. As Mr Red Green would say, I’m pulling for you, we are all in this together.
