What a great feeling to see the kg keep dropping, almost getting to target, gotta keep pushing and stay focused till the end, morning Everyone 💪 💪 ❤️
156.5 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
